How hard is it to install your service?
Once you sign up for our 30-day free trial, you will be directed to instructions on how to download our app from the Google Play Store. Installing the software is as simple as installing the app, and accepting all permissions requests that are presented during installation. Once you have finished the install, the device will be accessible online, via your management page.
Does your service require a contract?
While we do not require any contract length subscriptions, we do not offer partial-month credits for services unused/cancelled. Your account will be invoiced on the first day of the month, for the entire month. All activations and cancellations will be done online, via our website.
Why do you only support Samsung devices?
Early in the mobile device boom, Samsung recognized that mobile devices would become increasingly important to commercial, government and military agencies. In order for Samsung to provide the level of security that would be required, Samsung knew that they would have to physically install a microchip in each device. In 2013, Samsung introduced Samsung Knox. The Samsung Knox security chipset would be soldered onto every future mobile device they sold. This security chipset would allow programmers the ability to secure a phone. Since that time, Samsung has received numerous certifications, including certification from the Department of Defense. This physical chipset allows for security, restrictions and management like no other option available. This platform was, and is, maintained for government, military, healthcare and sectors that require mobile users the confidence that their data is secure and safe. Yes, we offer parents military-grade encryption on their child’s mobile device.
What Samsung devices do you support?

What if I have an older Samsung device?
Samsung equipment with older versions of Knox security, while not supported, may function. All accounts come with a 30-day free trial. If you find that your device works properly, please email us and let us know. You can submit that information online, under your Help section of the website.
Will you ever support Apple devices?
For the time being, Samsung is the only company who provides the layer of security required to ensure that the restrictions cannot be circumvented. We would love to offer this service for all devices, but at this time our guarantee requires us to only provide this service to Samsung mobile devices.
Can I allow certain pornography sites?
No. Our system has been designed to block pornographic content and access to the “dark web.” Whitelisting, or allowing, pornography sites will not allow the sites to be transmitted to the mobile device.
What are your technical support hours?
Our technical support hours are from 8:00AM until 5:00PM CST Monday through Friday. Our technical support department will do our best to answer email requests within 24 hours. All technical support inquiries should be directed to support@safercellservice.com
